Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Luxury Beauty Solutions purchase or gift for any reason, please contact a Representative at 1 (877) 782-2877 to discuss the returns options available to you. It is important to note that ALL return requests, regardless of reason, must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order, initiated by calling and speaking with a Service Representative and carried out within 30 days of the return request.


If your return is concerning the purchase of a fragrance, please know that we cannot accept fragrance products once the product container has been opened. If the fragrance remains unopened, please return it in the original shipping box.

Chantillenicole.com uses ground shipping for all products containing alcohol. This includes fragrance products. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances cannot be shipped by air. Contact 1 (877) 782-2877 for details on how to return fragrance.


We regret to inform you that special order merchandise is not returnable.

Upon authorizing a return, the Luxury Beauty Solutions Service Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must clearly show the Item Number listed on your invoice. Once the item(s) have been received we will then credit your account for the amount of the returned items.

How much will I be charged for delivering my order?
Our shipping and processing charge is only $5.00! Taxes is calculated for each delivery address listed in an order. All shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed to you before you are asked to submit your order.


When can I expect it to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive 2-7 days from when your order was placed.

 

Backorders
Whenever the shipping chart indicates an item you desire to purchase is backordered, you are still able to order that item. Generally, most backordered merchandise is expected to arrive in 1-2 weeks. By ordering an item when it is backordered, you are assuring yourself that Luxury Beauty Solutions will ship your order in the order it was recieved. Therefore, when there are trends or an unexpected high sell through on items, you can assure yourself that you will be the first one to receive your purchase, when inventory is replenished.

 

Standard Delivery
Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.

Expedited Delivery
For an additional fee per ship to address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. (Orders received by noon Central
time generally arrive in one or two business days.) This service is not available for some oversize items , items shipped directly from our supplier or special order items.
Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. You'll find clarification of the shipping methods and times noted during the order checkout process.



Can I arrange for delivery to be delayed?
In an effort to promptly prepare and ship orders placed with  on our wesite orders are shipped 2-7 days upon being placed.


International Orders


Will you ship my order to an address outside the USA?
At present, we ship only within the continental United States. The ability to ship to international addresses will be available in the future.


Can I place an order from outside the USA?
Yes, orders can be placed using credit cards with a foreign billing address. However, we do not ship to foreign addresses.
